How to add an unsupported system language to a Slim PS2 SCPH-70000 ?
I have a SCPH-70000 ps2 softmodded with Free MCBoot Version 1.953 and I want to change my ps2's system language to Spanish but, my unit only has the option for English and Japanese. I first opened a thread for this on PS2-Home but, I was advised by Jay-Jay to post here.
