I just remembered I had a Doctor V64 Jr. back in the day, checked my closet and it's still there, no packaging or anything.
How much are they worth these days?

Hi,

I haven't seen one for sale since a long time.
But in my opinion, you can expect to get around 200 dollars for it.
Very useful unit as this one allows to dump N64 development cartridges
