You can find a lot about it via google already.

Game is unfinished.
There were 11 cabinets.
Cabinet No .9 is located (and playable) at Galloping Ghost Arcade (Chicago)

No. 9 got fixed with parts from a standard 3DO.

It never got dumped and probably is exisiting as a disc.
Well, I guess the guys at Galloping Ghosts, for preservation reasons, made a backup. ;)

So, I dont really want to add something to it, but 1 video :

God I love Galloping Ghost! I would love to see the inside of that cabinet. I owned one of the 3DO arcade units without the cabinet and it was just a standard 3DO with a brushless motor on the CDROM drive. Came with Mad Dog McCree and Orbatak.

I played this once when a cab was brought to a local convention. Unfortunately the game locked up so I could only make it through like one level. A shame it didn't see wider release, if only for how well it captured the look of the series.
