Mostly done, a few cutouts still needed on the chassis but finally got the shell in place

Chopped the front piece and test printed it, came out ok, it warped a little toward the end but it fits great and thr hooks latch onto the oem hangers, it's sitting nice and tight

can you 3d print the entire case and the stand? I have a t15000 that have cracked casing that I have no luck with repairing so I left it in the basement of my old house...

Yeh that's the plan for me, I'm going to 3d print a complete case replacement for mine, I've modelled everything including the stand so the body should be fully printable

I'd wait before using my files just yet, Ive not yet prepared simplified models safe for 3d printing, what's already there is like for like and youll probably run into the same durability issues as the stock case if you do print them.

Very nice, if you can do quick release panels like race bike fairing it will be even better! Good luck on the project (y)

Thats amazing! Now we have a backup of how the PS2 Tool actually looks. Are the files immediately printable in a 3D printer? I might fire my machine up and get one printed.

I wouldn't say that was as much FedEx's fault as it was the seller who packed 1 inch of bubble wrap with it.

When I ship my Xbox's, I use a huge amount of packing. The image I attached shows the gist of it, Plus before I close up the box I throw another layer of bubble-wrap on top to pack it down, then I cut the box's corners which allows me to close the box right down to the Xbox's size to make sure no juggling around. I'd be getting in contact with the Seller as this is directly their fault. Not sure what they expected to happen with that packaging.

I still need to release the printer friendly versions of these files but even then the existing files should print fine if you wanted to try, you need a pretty big printer tho

Cheers all, got a few adjustments to make now that I have a physical print but yeh great outcome

If anyone's interested in specs, this was printed rear facing up with support material. Bed was at 50deg, extruder at 210 deg, layer heights of 0.28mm (course/low quality), nozzle diameter 0.4mm and 10% infill

Hi there, I'm in the same boat :) slightly smashed up DTL-T10000.
I remember finding your STLs on Github but can't find the link now - did you take it down?
