Request Anyone Have the IS-NITRO-CAPTURE v2.15.07102300 Software or Similar in English?

I'm trying to find this version, or a version similar to it. I have a IS-NITRO-CAPTURE with a DS Lite controller, and unfortunately, it's not compatible with v1.12.05110700 that's on archive.org (which is in English). Thanks to pool7, I was able to get the Japanese v2.15.07102300, but would like the English version if possible (or a similar version, as long as it works with the Captures with the DS Lite controllers.)
