Arlo Armadillo vs. The Bugs Below (Atari Jaguar): Proposal Document & Concept Art

Part of the scrapped Atari Mascot Character game project that would spawn the also unreleased Black ICE\White Noise for the Atari Jaguar CD, Arlo Armadillo vs. The Bugs Below was a platform project that well...the proposal document given to me by former Atari employee B.J. West alongside artwork by his former Atari co-worker Keoni Los Baños Chavez pretty much explains what it was going to be. B.J. also gave me more proposal documents which i plan to post here on the sub-thread someday.
