Ahhh, that is a pre-release X1 dev kit. Have seen those sell from $400 to $1000 based on completeness but it has been some time since I have seen one sell.

I got the whole setup for that - zebra Kinect and all...minus the console. :/ Nice unit!

IIRC - saw these kind of Xbox one beta kits listed on a subreddit and sold over a year ago. Reasonable price for these are 400 USD a kit without Kinect.
