This is an FTP server app built for the Xbox One but compatible with other uwp devices aimed at providing the highest level of access possible. It is based on the FTP Server library on https://github.com/ZhaobangChina/FtpServer.
It shows all drives on your console and can even see files marked as hidden by the system. However you are still limited to the UWP sandbox so you can't access other users files and you cannot overwrite system files.
