Force psp to boot in TV mode?

Hello!

I am after some insight into how to force the psp 2000 into TV mode at boot (for a project I want to start)

Also I've heard about a little tweak DAX made that changes output resolution of psp games to be full-ish screen, any one have it?

Seems like someone's planning another consolized PSP? The dude behind my link eventually went with having a microcontroller push the necessary button for him. MacGyver would be proud.
But maybe you can find someone that has experience with CFW to write a plugin that just forces that button check? Would be way neater.
