I am a big fan of game guides, like from Bradygames or Prima games. Many of the printed books become more difficult to get.
There are good overviews, like https://www.librarything.com/series/Prima+Official+Game+Guide, but they do not have the actual PDF's.
There is of course https://archive.org/details/strategyguides?&sort=titleSorter, but is missing most of the JRPG's for example.
