How could I get this Build of Project Milo to run on a xb360 or emulator?

So recently I found a "source" build(?) of Project Milo
files.png

But for Obvious reasons none of the files work on a PC

I wondering if anyone else has found this and tried to get it working or if anyone has any idea on how to.
Any information would be great, thanks.

You need a devkit or an RGH/JTAG with RGloader to run this. I’m not sure if this build runs on the emaulator.

xenia has no support for kinect for now.
