Just bought a junk Vita slim from my local pawn shop, sold as spares or repairs (won't turn on)....looks like the thing has been dropped out a moving car (screen badly scratched and back is a mess)?, haven't had a project in a few years so thought why not make a emulation machine, ordered some parts but can't seem to find a vendor selling home buttons....updates will follow

Interesting. I have a Vita with a screen that seems to have a broken ribbon cable / connection. I'm eager to see how your little project works out :) Good luck!
