I successfully dumped the rom with an updated Kazzo Cartridge Dumper & it runs on emulator! I'll release it at some point.

Checking the header, the proto has a different CRC32 VS the retail version:

I compared the prototype rom to the final with Araxis Merge. It found clusters of code differences!
