Hey guys, my current Xbox 360 I used for betas is dying, and I will need to replace it soon. The chance of me getting a devkit is null and I need some help modding a new retail one (the one I had was obtained from another user a long time ago). I know I will probably need a RGH mod and a change of BIOS, but I wanted to verify with you what should I get ready to do this (I will do this with the assistance of somebody else that is better skilled than me on these things).
