Mod developed for NTSC JAP/US DOL-001 gamecube only
This mod will allow your JAP console to play USA games and vice versa without a chip :great:
The bios language will also be changed from JAP to USA and vice versa
The installation is done by a small weld on the motherboard + installation of a card on the back of the controller port.
For the sake of conservation and ease of installation, we will keep the original orange LED, an additional purple LED is delivered with the circuit.
A jumper (LED SELECT on the PCB) allows to choose the LED logic between:
Jumper OPEN:
ORANGE LIGHT -> JAP
BLUE LED -> US
CLOSED Jumper:
ORANGE LED -> US
BLUE LED -> JAP
The switchless goes through the reset button.
