Does anyone know what file system is used for a FZ-35S hard drive as well as any M2-specific software that might have made use of it? Mine has a Samsung 80GB installed (manufactured April 2004) that went completely unnoticed until today and I would like to find out what, if anything, might be stored on there. Unfortunately, the history of its service life are unknown and contact info of the seller has been lost to time.

It uses the OperaFS filesystem. You won't find anything interesting on it, as it is only used for caching. The kiosk software copies itself to it at first start to reduce loading times, but that's it.

what he said ^ only the GM software seems to utilize it...everything else I have software wise for the M2 kiosks don't load anything onto it, they just spool data from the disc
