hello,

I know its a forum, but I feel I should apologize for asking so many questions lately...
I recently obtained a dev build for parappa the rapper on PSP. Its a 0.20 build, and I suspect its a localization prototype, but I don't have it yet. Has anyone ever heard of an ID code on the bottom that says UMXX-000000
(the 000000 is supposed to be the id code, I just don't remember what it is)

Does anyone know what that umxx id code is? or is it just supposed to represent the psp umd id code, like it says PSP-00000 on the bottom of some umds?

edit: the id code is: UMXX-000206B1
I found it on redump, under multiple titles.

It sounds like it could be a UMD stamping ID?

According to the multiple UMDs laying around on my desk right now (-_-' ), there's two codes on the bottom of the disc:

[ Ridge Racer ]
ULUS 10001 (Game ID)
UPSS 00510 (UMD... ID?)

[ Hot Shots Golf ]
UCUS 986414
UPSS 001200

I was able to get a pic of the bottom of the disc and it has the two ID codes: upss-018490a1 2 and umxx-000206B1.
I'm also checking some of my prototype UMDs and so far they either have a duplicate of their UCJP ID or 0000-0000, which is interesting.

There are several US Test Sample UMDs that say UMXX-000206B1 on the inner Ringcode (not all but most)

Does it mean anything specific? or is it just a generic "test sample id code no.66" type of thing?
