All the following information might be a bit vague as i haven't really player it for months, and have forgot most things.

To start with, the build has 5 .self files:
  • scimitar_release.self [91.3MB]
  • scimitar_final.self [571MB]
  • scimitar_memtagfinal.self [54.7MB]
  • scimitar_qcfinal.self [46.5MB]
  • scimitar_profile.self [55.6MB]

I've only managed to boot the game with memtagfinal, qcfinal, profile and release. For whatever reason scimitar_final.self boots, and crashes shortly after.
I couldn't get the Launcher working, so I've done it through target manager. This also allows us to introduce a few launch parameters, in addition to the ones loaded by default (We'll get to it later).

To make the game work i putted it in the following path:
Code:
/dev_hdd0/game/ASSASSIN/USRDIR/PS3_c1019332_d77762_s32633_SCE-FULL

To use any of the following launch parameters you'll need to use the following syntax:

Code:
/parameter1 /parameter2: 1

The launch parameters i could find are the following (Keep in mind not all of them work):
Code:
comicon
gamescomsony
gamescomubiconsumer
gamescombusiness
gamescom2014
nobink
forcedcamerapose
binkdolby51
nofps
showerrorcount
textdisplay
noscenesync
generateallps3save
ps3hdddatafile
loadpriority
scimitarinifle
usepaging
disableedgekcache
gpad
use32bitsshadowmaps
mtr
mtfx
sr
E3auto
E3sonystage
E3sonytheater
mapmenusg
UseAnimus3UIKit
InGameQuestionnaire
enablewhiteroom
createcg
ps3debuginfo
launchedfromotherexec
launchedfromstore
userindex
lostliveconnection
ethernetdisconnect
servermaintenance
rdvdisconnection
onlinesandboxtag
onlineconfighost
nofogofwar
nops3trophyerror

As mentioned before, the game loads a few parameters by default. This parameters are loaded from a config (.ini) file. We have 8 .ini files:
Code:
scimitar.ini
scimitar_e3sonystage.template.ini
scimitar_e3sonytheater.template.ini
scimitar_e3ubibooth.template.ini
scimitar_gameinfo.ini
scimitar_gameinfo_template.ini
scimitar_gamescom.template.ini
remotefastload.ini

This files contain different configurations for the build, not only for the PS3 but for Xenon, Durango, Orbis and PC as well. By default, the build loads the scimitar.ini file and then any other additional parameters introduced with Target Manager.

If you wish to launch the build with a specific .ini file, you can do so by using the following launch parameter on Target manager:

Code:
/scimitarinifle: anyOfTheIniFilesAbove.ini

In-Game Stuff:
Depending on how you launch your game, you might be thrown right into a mission, or to the game menus. There are 2 game menus i could find:
1->

2->

If you find yourself on menu 2, you should be able to change to menu 1 by doing L3 + Select.

Dev-Menus/Cheats:
You can toggle different settings by using Scry (Dev-Menu), Debug Menu, Key board shortcuts, Text Based Debug Menu or the PS3 Controller.

To open the Generic Dev-Menu you can use the ESC or F9 keys.
The generic Dev-Menu (Debug Menu), and some keyboard shortcuts:

To open the Scry Dev-Menu you can use the F1, or Ctrl+J .
Scry Dev-Menu opened using Ctrl + J :

To view the button combinations for cheats with your PS3 controller, you need to press L3 + R3 (Enables flying btw), and then Triangle:

And finally, if you want to enable the text based debug menu, you need to press L3 + R3 (Enables flying btw), and then R2 + R1 + D-pad down

Important Note: This build is kind of a mess, it works when it wants to, and only what it wants to, so it might be a bit tricky to get all of this working. If you can't boot the build it might be fixed by rebuilding the PS3 DB a few times.

If you know anything else about this build, feel free to post it in the comments.

Edit1: Added missing information.

Thank you for all the information, I would not have known any of the command line parameters or how to boot certain .ini files

One additional thing to note; you can also open the simple debug menu with controller by pressing L1/L2/R2, the game doesn't say this in the menu with the other controller shortcuts
