Another fundraiser..

This fundraiser is multiple lots we have been offered for our museum, most of these are extremely early systems, and many contain unreleased games and history that would other wise be lost.

The goal for this is split into groups, we have awhile to sort this one and lots would be paid as funded. The total includes paypal fee's added and shipping costs included excluding taxes, we put 10% as we're often charged different rates depending on donators locations.

Thanks John! These are actually pictures I took of my MIDI adapter months ago, but I never got around to identifying everything on the board.

If anyone is interested in replicating the adapter, I can help make a schematic, but I don't really know what's the proper methodology for doing so. I have a multimeter and stuff.

What's it for? Is there any Dreamcast specific software that makes use of it?

Only one title, the Japanese O-to-i-re Dreamcast Sequencer software used it. You can connect a MIDI keyboard and create songs, sort of like a more advanced Mario Paint type of thing.

Yes, you could create songs with many of the bundled instruments and also capture directly from musical instruments with midi output. The songs where recorded on the VMU, I tested it a few years ago and recorded a small test.
