After struggling to get the PC98 to do anything I loaded up an X68000 emulator and can play MOST games. Google translate on my phone translates dialog and so on and so fourth.

So now I'm at the point where I'm wonder, ok so what do I play on this thing? I know very little outside of arcade ports and a few shmups.

You've probably seen it already, but I want to recommend Sega Lord X's video on the subject:

SLX generally has a high quality on his videos for people who've never heard of him.

I watch Sega Lord X on a regular basis and did reference that video to see if there was an X68000 Outrun.

I gathered up around 140 games since I made this thread. I still feel like I'm missing something unique though.

Here's a list of X68000 games and you dedice which genres tickle your fancy: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_X68000_games
But if you want some recommendations from me then Mad Stalker: Full Metal Forth, Naious, Aquales, Etoile Princesse, Geograph Seal, Star Trader, Cho Ren Sha 68K and Thunder Force II are pretty good titles for the machine...
