Hi everybody,
I am a long-time GC collector, but I started collecting dev-related stuff 1 year ago. I tried to join AG but it was just after it was not possible anymore, so I joined Prototopia instead.
Right now my general interest is in Gamecube betas, demos, and protos. I own several Gamecube betas that I intend to release as soon as I can. I live in Europe, and I don't know anyone IRL with a RVT who could dump them for me. I have an engineering background, so I like retro-engineering stuff and understanding how things work. That's why I am now currently trying to build a "NR dumper" with an old SW-9501-C I got. If this unit is able to burn NR disc, it should dump them, right ?
But first, need to deal with compatibility between 15-year old SCSI units and Windows 64 bits. As you may know, it's not straightforward.
I will let all of you know.
