N64 RGB modded N64 + OSSC giving me audio but no picture

Hopefully the right section for this

I'm struggling to get a PAL RBG modded n64 working with my OSSC.

Some details:

DENC-NUS PAL N64
Tim Worthington RGB board v1.2
Deblur jumper bridged
Jumpers 1-3 bridged
RetroGamingCable PACKAPUNCH PRO RGB SCART C-sync version
OSSC with fw 0.84a and factory reset (shows test signal OK)

When I switch the N64 on the OSSC shows 625i 15.62khz 50.00hz on the nintendo/rare logo intro and I can hear audio, it then flicks to 313p 15.62khz 49.92hz - the TV shows nothing at all. If I plug the scart direct into TV I get a nice clean RGB picture.
I have tried the OSSC going into my Yamaha amp and direct into my Sony TV - both just give me audio only. I've also tried setting all the output options on the OSSC to passthru.

I've had issues with specific screens before. My Panasonic TV refuses to display an image from a PAL PS1 over the OSSC but my PC monitor and LG TV have no issues.

Do you have another screen you can test it against?
